Metrics & Reporting Analytist with Automation skills for Global L&K

Your Role and Responsibilities
The role works closely with Global Learning Consultants and L&K Automation Lead to understand the requirements and translate them to reports and dashboards using Python, Pandas, SQL, Excel and Data visualisation. Knowledge of CI/CD Pipeline and IBM Clould is necessary. The individual should quickly understand IBM Consulting organization, and in particular role of L&K in IBM Consulting. He/she should be able to look at data and come up with insights and generate business impact metrics to measure outcome of Learning & Knowledge Programs.

A ideal candidate must have a combination of Business and Technical skills to quickly understand business requirements by engaging with stakeholders and translate them to POCs and subsequently deliver the final solution. Knowledge of L&K and IBM Consulting related data/data-mart is a big plus.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Good experience in Python, Pandas, SQL, Visualisation, IBM Clould/Rehat Openshift. Should be able to create quick prototypes in Excel. Experience in Data Analysis, Critical Thinking, Presentation Skills, Consulting Skills
• Analyse data across various reports to identify trends, gaps etc. Ability to understand various dashboards and consolidate them. Depends on the experience and level of experise, we are open for lower bands as well.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience working in cross cultural, global and virtual environments
• Clear evidence of good written / verbal communication
• Proven organisational skills, with ability to prioritise
• Capabilities and experience working with Python
• Capabilities and experience working with SQL and databases Determine requirements and logic for automating and streamlining processes.
• Knowledge of Gen AI, Watsonx, text analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, IBM Cloud, DevOps is a big plus.
