YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Engineer with expertise in automating data quality controls and monitoring systems. In this role, you will design and implement robust data quality processes that enable real-time visualization and control through dynamic dashboards. You will be responsible for identifying, addressing, and preventing data quality issues, ensuring seamless integration of monitoring frameworks, and creating automated solutions to maintain high data standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance data observability and proactively resolve issues is key to your success in this position.
As a vital member of the team, you will leverage tools like Power BI, Plotly, or similar business intelligence platforms to create intuitive real-time dashboards. Utilizing your proficiency in programming (Python, SQL), you will implement data quality rules, and manage monitoring and alert systems for data quality. Develop monitoring systems and establish automated alert mechanisms. Your efforts will drive operational efficiency and data reliability, making a significant impact on decision-making processes across the organization. You must have ability to Solve large-scale data problems, such as duplicates and inconsistencies as well as maintain process efficiency and creating alarm statistics, to reduce the retroactive work associated with Data Quality Analysts and Process Engineers.

YOUR PROFILE

Your Profile
•    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
•    Experience: At least 3 years of experience in data quality engineering roles, with a proven track record in automation and dashboard development.
•    Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and SQL for automation and data quality rule implementation. Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Grafana or Plotly for building dashboards. Familiarity with data quality and observability frameworks to manage monitoring and alert systems. Ability to work with process orchestration in Airflow.
•    Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A proactive and collaborative approach to improving processes and ensuring data excellence.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving challenges in a data-driven environment and is passionate about delivering reliable and actionable insights through automation.
