As a software developer mid or senior in the Agency Services Business Function Discretionary Team 1, you’ll utilize principles of SCRUM methodology with the goal of delivering customer value every 2 weeks. The team is empowered to manage a backlog of work while closely partnering with product owners from the business to deliver incremental customer value at a faster pace. You’ll partner with the business on technical solutions to meet business needs. You’ll also participate in enablement work to research and develop new design patterns needed for upcoming projects.
This team focuses on empowering its team members and supporting continuous growth and skill development. This is a remote position for US-based work only.
Must-have qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum two years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications. In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of two years related work experience. In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of four years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.
Preferred skills Experience with C#, . NET, . Net Framework, MVC, JQuery, JavaScript, MongoDB, Rest APIs, and Agile/Scrum practices Experience with AWS (Lambdas, S3, RDS, and DocumentDB) and infrastructure-as-code concepts and languages (e.
g.
