Job Specification
As a Middle Data Analyst, you will play a key role in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, working with diverse data sources to provide valuable insights for decision-making. You will be responsible for data modeling, dashboard development, and advanced analytics while collaborating with stakeholders to understand business challenges. In this role, you will work on complex data sets, optimize data processing pipelines, and help improve data accuracy.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand data requirements and business challenges
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into centralized storage solutions
- Conduct advanced exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling to uncover insights
- Build and optimize dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Salesforce CRM Analytics, Tableau, Power BI
- Work on data cleaning, enrichment, and validation to ensure high-quality analytics outputs
- Collaborate with developers to optimize data pipelines and automation processes
- Present insights and findings to senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Stay up to date with best practices in data analytics, visualization, and AI-driven analysis
Qualifications
- 2,5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role
- Strong SQL skills for querying and managing relational databases
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce CRM Analytics)
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data modeling best practices
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to interpret data trends, patterns, and insights effectively
- Experience with Salesforce ecosystem or CRM Analytics is a plus
