Summary
As part of Adoption Service Center (ASC) team, we develop products & solutions that enable digital transformation for our customers. As the thought leaders for Application Lifecycle Management we develop the Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (CALM) platform with a strong focus on the market requirements for intelligent Service Deliverys of our portfolio across all layers (MaxAttention, Enterprise Support, Preferred Succes).
We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team and develop cutting-edge solutions to drive customer service automation and business intelligence to drive adoption with the help of latest ML technology including large language models (LLM, e.g. ChatGPT) and others.
What you’ll do
The ideal candidate should be experienced in multiple of the following topics.
- 8+ Years Hands On Experience in Natural language processing, especially large language models such as ChatGPT and others
- Data modelling & visualization
- Graph network analysis & clustering,
- Python and REST-API.
The candidate must have experience with ML Devops, e.g. development with SAP DI and/or Kubeflow, deployment and maintenance of docker pipelines (CI/CD).
You will collaborate with experienced software engineers, data scientists, service delivery experts/owners as well as product managers to research, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions to various customer service problems.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply and deepen your expertise and knowledge to build predictive models, design and execute experiments, develop customer service automation algorithms, and oversee the whole ML/AI development cycle from requirements design, model selection, training and deployment.
