Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and analytical professional to join our team as an Officer in Benchmark and Data Analysis. This role involves analyzing data related to product quality, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and consumer feedback, and generating comprehensive reports to promote continuous improvement. Additionally, the position will include conducting thorough benchmark analysis, which involves market research, competitor assessments, and product comparisons, and delivering reports that highlight key insights in relation to industry standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:
1.    Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze data related to product quality, RMAs, and consumer feedback to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver insightful reports with actionable recommendations to enhance product quality and consumer satisfaction.
  • Ensure consumer quality reports timely deliver to relevant stakeholders across organization.

2.    Benchmark Analysis:

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and product comparisons to identify industry trends and best practices.
  • Benchmark the company’s products against competitors to identify the opportunity and improvements.
  • Provide insights to stakeholders based on benchmark data, supporting decision-making for innovation, product development and improvements.

3.    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Support stakeholders the quality data analysis, ensuring alignment with their objective and  expectations.

4.    Continuous Improvement:

  • Proactively identify opportunities for improving data collection methods, reporting processes, and analysis techniques.
  • Supporting data analysis and insights in discussions and initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and reducing RMA.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Business Analytics, Data Science or related fields.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and benchmark analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and statistical analysis software.
  • Critical thinking – curiosity and dare to asking the right questions. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills
