Operations Analyst Health & Benefits
Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated operations analyst with background in Data Analytics and project management to join to Operations H&B (Health & Benefits) Spain. The team is responsible for planning, roll out and control projects related to Operating Excelence Model and deliver the different management strategies and solutions we offer to our clients.
The aim of the role is to analyse our business needs and improve the efficiency of our processes pushing business growth while delivering innovative solutions. In order to achieve this, we involve different cross-functional teams such as IT, legal, compliance, etc.
H&B (Health & Benefits):
We help our clients to build an effective employee benefits program that sustains a healthy, high-performing workforce. Employees increasingly view benefits as a critical component of their total rewards.
For organizations, the employee benefits strategy is a valuable talent attraction and retention tool as well as an opportunity to reflect the talent strategy in a personal and tangible benefits experience, using the right data for analytics to refine the employee benefits strategy.
To implement it effectively, it is necessary the right balance of technology for benefits administration.
The Role
We are recruiting an operations analyst reporting to Operations H&B Spain who will be responsible for:
- Leading/supporting different global/local projects from definition to implementation, ensuring their completion, offering solutions to to mitigate risks. Project Documentation
- Developing Power BI dashboards for business monitoring and insights.
- Supporting users and monitor the use of the global platform. Data quality review and controls, monitor database updates, reports extraction, case management, workflow and case management design and controls. Delivering tests.
- Identification and development automation opportunities.
- Development of SQL queries to get relevant data from databases and automatically feed reports.
- Process automation and process analysis for business improvement. Incorporating process redesigns, metrics, monitoring dashboards, automated flows.
The Requirements
- Data science, data analytics, business intelligence. Interests in AI oriented to process transformation, process automation and business development.
- Experience in SQL, Python, Excel, PPT, Power BI, Office 365 environment (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Fluent English C1
- Project Management background,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork oriented, positive and encouraging attitude
- Ability to prioritize task, to manage multiple projects simultaneously and changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
