Job Summary
Keyrus is looking for an Operations Data Analyst. We value individuals who are detail-oriented, independent contributors with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring that together, we continue to transform possibilities into reality.
This position is Hybrid in Lisbon. (3 days/week at the office)

Key Responsibilities
- Map, evaluate, and audit processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and legal requirements.
- Design and implement process improvements, monitoring their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate findings, onboard changes, and drive alignment.
Requirements for the role
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (Lucidchart, JIRA).
- Experienced with data analytics tools (Power BI, Python).
- Previous experience with data management systems (SQL, Azure).
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst, with expertise in process improvement and project management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of Data and analytical systems, audit procedures, and risk management.
- Fluent in English
- Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
