Operations Support Specialist (Aftersales Data Analyst)
Job Description
About the department:
The After Sales department within BYD Europe is responsible for all Service & Maintenance related topics concerning our full electric buses and trucks.
Main responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Management:Gather and maintain data from various sources, including service reports, and SAP and contracts.
- Analysis & Reporting: Analyze trends in aftersales performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction scores, service provider quality scores, and warranty reserve. Develop and generate reports that provide actionable insights to management
- Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Tender, Sales, and Finance, to align aftersales strategies with overall business goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization within aftersales operations, leveraging data-driven insights. Recommend improvements to workflows and systems to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualification and requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, Finance or Accounting related
- More than 5 years of proven full-time experience in a similar role
- Proficient with MS Office, knowledge of Power BI is preferred
- Ability to work well with team members from other departments
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Fluent in English. Being able to speak Chinese is a plus.
