JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The School of Global Languages, Literatures, and Cultures in the College of the Liberal Arts seeks to hire 1-2 Research Assistants in the Department of Asian Studies throughout the Summer and the 2024 – 2025 Academic Year. Duties may include analyzing Korean AI chatbots, communicating with Korean language instructors and learners, managing experiments, and utilizing Canva. 10-15 hours a week. Korean native speakers are preferred. Must be an U.S. citizen or an international student eligible to work.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
