Partnership Analyst

Kore is a fan, partnership and revenue intelligence platform for the sports & entertainment business. In addition to our best-in-class software our consulting practice provides key insights and expertise to rights-holders, brands and agencies delivering integrated analysis and strategy on all aspects of sports business.
This role will focus on advancing data strategy initiatives for both current and future projects involving rights holders and brand clients. Leveraging tools such as AWS, SQL, and Python, the team member will work on database infrastructure development, data modeling, and seamless data delivery.
The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering data-driven solutions. They should possess excellent teamwork skills, a consultative mindset, and a customer service-oriented approach, enabling them to effectively work with both internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
Database Management
· Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to ensure the efficient ingestion, transformation, and delivery of data for analytics and reporting purposes.
· Database Management: Develop and optimize database structures to support robust and efficient data storage, querying, and integration.
· Data Modeling: Create and maintain logical and physical data models to support analytics needs, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
· Collaboration: Partner with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and develop solutions that address complex challenges.
· Tool Integration: Implement and integrate data tools and platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, or other cloud solutions) to streamline workflows and enhance system capabilities.
· Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for data pipelines, models, and processes.
Data Visualization
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data visualization requirements.
· Design and create interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
· Develop custom visualizations and graphics to represent complex datasets in an intuitive and visually engaging way.
Benefits
Skill Requirements
· 1-2 years professional SQL and AWS experience
· 1-2 years’ experience with Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) tools and processes
· 1-2 years of Tableau Desktop experience building workbooks and dashboards
· A working understanding of relational databases
· Experience with Tableau Server, user administrative tasks are a plus
· Data modeling and solution design experience
· Strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills
· Familiarity of sponsorship and the sports industry
· Ability to communicate professionally in both a written and verbal context with external end-users and internal colleagues
· Attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines, and ability to coordinate across multiple departments
