OverviewPartnerships Project Manager (Associate)The Partnerships Project Manager (PM) sits within the Customer Communications Delivery Operations Team. This role serves as the project lead to both delivery execution teams and Intent Owners across Marketing, Operations, Business and Vertical teams within Card Partnerships at Capital One. The PM is responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of small to large-scale Marketing Operations projects such as Creative development, Direct Mail, Digital Messaging (email, SMS, etc.

), owned-channel web placements and audience segmentation. The PM supports Marketing Initiatives such as quarterly and annual roadmap planning, as well as providing support for various change management initiatives. PMs are both empathetic—and demanding. They love to collaborate, communicate clearly, and value efficiency, productivity and progress.

Project Managers can expect to perform the following tasks and manage the below responsibilities:Manage the project lifecycle (intake, scoping, planning, delivery) and restraints of stakeholders to develop realistic project plans/schedulesDrive cross-functional projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as neededLeverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentationFacilitate and lead regular meetings with stakeholder and project teamsBuild and maintain project management tools including progress documentation, status, timelines, requirements, risks, decisions and meeting minutesApproach projects with a strategic lens while managing the tactical details in the day-to-dayNavigate and develop clarity from ambiguous directionManage capacity planning and prioritization routinesCollaborate closely with project team to ensure on-time and error-free delivery of commitmentsSupport organization change management activities and communications. Apply various change management methodologies and demonstrate excellent change management skillsIdentify ways to improve and streamline processes to drive efficiencies.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Sales Territory: $72,800 – $83,100 for Project Manager
