Job Description

We are looking for a proactive People Analyst to join our expanding People Analytics team. As part of our mission to transform HR into a data-driven insights hub, this role will be critical in shaping the future success of Taboola by providing data insights across the global organization. The ideal candidate will be eager to take on new challenges, learn quickly, and take ownership of projects from concept to completion (E2E).

In this role, you will work on both planned and ad-hoc analytical projects, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. You will help drive the development of dashboards, KPI reports, and provide actionable insights that influence strategic decision-making across HR, Finance, and other functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain KPI reports and dashboards for HR, Finance, Sales Operations, business leaders, and people managers.
  • Manage multiple reporting, analysis, and process improvement projects—both on an ongoing basis and ad-hoc—with the ability to handle them from end to end.
  • Analyze complex datasets, providing actionable recommendations for HR and business stakeholders.
  • Partner with global teams to deliver insights that support talent acquisition, employee retention, engagement, and other critical HR functions.
  • Develop and deliver self-service reporting and dashboards using Tableau, ensuring stakeholders can access insights independently.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or graduate degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, psychology, computer science, engineering, or operations research.
  • 3-4 years of professional experience demonstrating strong quantitative skills, project management, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven expertise in SQL and Tableau (experience with Alteryx is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly and professionally to senior leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to operate both independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis; experience with R or Python is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A self-starter with a “big picture” mindset and a readiness to dive into new areas.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on increasing responsibilities across a range of topics.
  • Ability to manage projects from end to end, taking ownership of the full lifecycle from problem identification to solution delivery.
