Amplify’s People team is looking for a People Strategy Lead. This role will report to the Chief People Officer and be responsible for owning strategic initiatives for the People function, driving alignment and execution of cross-functional projects, and managing critical ongoing operations for the team (such as annual goals, budgeting, key metric reporting, leadership/staff agendas and updates, and program calendars).
Ideal candidates will have experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in fast-paced environments, with a proven ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and measurable impact. They also have experience designing and executing organizational initiatives, turning senior internal stakeholders into champions while maintaining momentum across disparate workstreams. The work of the People Strategy Lead to drive alignment, accountability, and excellence across our People programs will have a direct influence on Amplify’s mission to create beautiful and impactful educational experiences for all students in grades K-1

You are comfortable with data analytics and skilled in spreadsheets, slides, and dashboarding tools. You ask questions when you don’t understand, study concepts that are new to you, and proactively learn from colleagues who have expertise you don’t.

You operate with a high degree of integrity and professionalism, and are deliberate about matters of discretion and transparency. Minimum Qualifications: 7+ years of strategic operations, program management, Chief of Staff, or business operations experience in an innovative environment.
