Job DescriptionOverviewStrategy & Transformation plays a critical role in charting PepsiCo’s long-term growth and influencing effective execution with cross-functional partners. We are tasked with ensuring the company invests in the resources and capabilities needed to stay ahead of the competition, adapt to market trends, and maintain market leadership. This entails developing actionable solutions for some of the most pressing issues facing the company by influencing brand and channel priorities and by undertaking transformational initiatives (e.
g. , data & analytics, digital ordering) to achieve the greatest possible growth and penetration. As a Strategy Manager, you will contribute to a range of critical and impactful business priorities. Key responsibilities of the team include the following:Build the long-term enterprise strategy of PepsiCo Foods US (PFUS) to deliver sustainable, profitable growthServe as the internal consulting team and business partners to PFUS and the Sr.
Leadership teamShape business development by leading the evaluation of M&A and partnership in partnership with the Business Development and M&A functionsCollaborate and partner across brands, functions and divisions in PFUS to drive strategic initiatives to actionPartner across other Strategy & Transformation teams and efforts worldwide as applicableResponsibilitiesProvide thought partnership to Senior Executives and business partners on a range of critical topicsIdentify and deconstruct business issues and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to evaluateDemonstrate strong leadership and significant influence management skills with the ability to gain credibility with Senior Executives while challenging the status quoBuild “Executive ready” project deliverables, including presentations for the PepsiCo Executive Committee and Board of DirectorsServe as critical member of teams consisting of Analysts, Managers, and Directors; oversee analysis and presentation materials to ensure conclusions are grounded in factExecute against time-sensitive requests from North America’s Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer and VP of PFUS Strategy as well as cross-functional business leaders and partnersMaintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic / geopolitical trendsContribute to capability building for the Global Strategy function (e. g.
, Recruiting, Training, Knowledge Management, etc. )Compensation and Benefits:The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 – $178,100. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications3+ years of strategy experience in a variety of positions both internally and externally (top-tier Consulting firm experience preferred)Bachelors in an analytical discipline (e.
g. , Business, Engineering, Economics or Science)Experience with retailer and consumer data tools (e. g.
