This key role will support, coordinate and manage business insights, KPIs, SLAs and risk management across the region. Working in parallel with other regional leads to ensure consistency against an agreed client approach, KPIs and SLAs, this Lead will need to ensure that all delivery conforms to the client and our internal guidelines and within the regulatory framework for the sectors involved. You will be expected to proactively develop highly effective and customer focused relationships with colleagues across both the Client and Publicis to understand, develop and deliver the infrastructure needs and focusing on providing and promoting good governance practice, ensuring compliance, regulation and supporting the aims of the business.  

The Data Manager will have proven ability in people and project management, excellent communication skills and a strong track record of delivering improvements to governance systems and processes. 

Key responsibilities will include: 

Define and align KPIs, SLAs and performance measures with the Client and Publicis teams.  

  • Risk assessment and overall regional ownership of the business insights and reporting function 
  • Dealing with the broad spectrum of internal and client teams and ensure that data points identified and tracked to measure and report on KPIs and SLAs. All risks are assessed, clearly in terms of mitigation plan and compliant in terms of any data and reporting requirements.  
  • Reporting and communication of all compliance, governance, KPI and SLA matters within agreed time frames and format. 
  • Data interpretation and analysis of all agreed metrics to ensure KPIs and SLAs are being met. Work with the client and internal teams to perform root cause analysis where agreed metrics are not met and define remediation/improvement plan. Monitor and report on execution and outcome of such plans. 
  • Responsibility for managing situations or conflicts which may arise through the course of delivery of work.  
  • Ability to work creatively and collaboratively to problem solve.

  • Excellent management skills and the ability to develop, manage and meet challenging deadlines.  

 

Qualifications

  • Four-year degree (Computer Science/ Healthcare management/ Business Administration or related discipline) or equivalent work experience required.  
  • 5+ years of work experience within the marketing technology or IT space  
  • 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft PowerBI, setting up comprehensive dashboards from multiple data sets.
  • Experience with Veeva Commercial Cloud suite projects (CLM, Approved Email, and Engage for Meetings in particular, others are a huge plus) to effectively support and coordinate activities on the healthcare account. 
  • Experience in healthcare operations, performance management, or a similar role is usually necessary- includes experience in managing compliance, KPIs, SLAs, and risk management in a healthcare setting. 
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in implementing good governance practices, ensuring compliance, and promoting regulatory adherence is essential. This includes familiarity with relevant quality management systems and standards. 

This role will be hybrid (3 days/week) on-site in the office. 

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $73,500 – $123,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
