Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize project information in an appropriate format for presentation to all Devoteam stakeholders, including C-level management.
- Maintain and implement new reports, KPI and indicators in the PMO Dashboard platform.
- Regular execution of the project management audit process.
- Ensure proper stability, performance and availability of the PMO Dashboard platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or a postgraduate in IT
- 1-2 years of experience as Data Specialist, preferably in the context of PMO
- Proficiency and proven experience developing Dashboard solutions based in Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx
- Some experience in developing Dashboards in Google Looker
- Excellent understanding and experience of SQL programming
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs e Slides)
- Clear understanding of project management concepts (Waterfall or Agile, Scrum and/or Lean methodologies)
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills, including attention to detail and accuracy
- Good Time Management, Planning, Prioritization and Communication skills
- Good level of English, spoken and written
