Postdoctoral Project Researcher
Tasks:
Design and implement interpretable ML models grounded in physics- and biology-based principles.
Apply physics-informed machine learning (PIML) to model complex biomedical and clinical datasets.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including computer scientists, biomedical engineers, and clinical researchers.
Support dissemination efforts, including contributions to publications, project deliverables, and scientific presentations.
Qualifications
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Be in possession of the title of Doctor
Not having been separated by disciplinary proceedings from the service of any of the public administrations, nor being disqualified by a final judgment for the performance of public functions. In the case of being a national of another country, not being disqualified or in an equivalent situation nor having been subjected to a disciplinary or equivalent sanction that prevents, in their country, under the same terms, access to public jobs.
SPECÍFICS
Interpretable, and physics- /biology-based machine learning
O-Health transversal modelling
PhD in the domain of computer science, machine learning and artificial intelligence
At least two years of experience in physics-informed and interpretable machine learning
SELECTION CRITERIA
Experience in machine learning applications to biophysical systems is a plus
International Research experience and Fluent English mandatory.
