About the Role
Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? Tosca is seeking a dynamic Power BI Data Analyst to empower our leadership with the analytics and insights they need to drive revenue growth and cost reduction. In this pivotal role, you’ll leverage your expertise in Power Query to extract, transform, and load data from our data warehouse into compelling Power BI dashboards. These visualizations will guide key decision-makers across the organization.
As a critical member of the Sales and Operations Planning team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of S&OP, you will play a vital role in shaping our strategic initiatives. We are looking for someone with exceptional analytical skills, strong business acumen, and excellent written and oral communication abilities. Proficiency in SQL and Tableau is a valuable plus.

Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and generate reports, dashboards, and KPIs developed in Power BI from Power Query to support the decision-making that affects Tosca’s bottom line.
- Develop and appropriately apply data quality standards to ensure the integrity of presented information.
- Oversee the design and development of predictive models that forecast Tosca’s performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and work with SMEs at each step of Tosca’s data process, acting as a business-unit SME for systems development and implementation.
- Assess current processes and consistently provide suggestions for innovation and process improvement.
- Improve data collection and report publication to support all functions of the business.
- Maintain data integrity by consistently aligning with other developers within the data ownership sphere across the organization.
- Communicate and sell new ideas for reporting to all facets of the business.
- Enable data-driven decision-making at all organizational levels by disseminating critical insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field is required.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
- 1-3 years experience in IT or a business-related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Adept communication and presentation skills throughout all levels of the organization.
- Independently motivated and detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity and change, and able to concurrently support multiple projects and business functions.
- Passionate for leveraging data to drive better business performance.
Work Schedule
This position is based in the vibrant city of Atlanta, GA, offering a dynamic hybrid work schedule. Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely on Mondays and Fridays while spending Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in our lively office.
