Grooming Data Hub’s mission is to create competitive advantage and value creation for P&G Grooming Business via data democratization and algorithms. We are looking for a self-motivated candidate to join our engineering team in Warsaw!

As a Power BI Developer in Grooming Data Hub, you will extend our Azure Databricks-based capabilities and focus on designing and implementing Power BI semantic models, optimizing their performance, and creating effective visualizations to elevate our data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize Power BI semantic models to facilitate effective reporting and visualization

  • Develop and enhance DAX measures to support complex calculations and data analysis

  • Create compelling and insightful visualizations to communicate data findings to stakeholders

  • Collaborate with Product Owner, Data Engineer & Data Asset Manager to understand data requirements, integrate with data sources, and ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency

  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring alignment with business objectives

  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to resolve incidents and service requests related to your space

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in Power BI development, both semantic models & visualizations

  • Strong experience in data modeling within Power BI and developing DAX measures

  • SQL knowledge for data extraction and transformation

  • Experience working with cloud services, especially Azure and Databricks

  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD practices is a plus

  • Understanding of SCRUM methodologies and agile development practices is a plus
