Grooming Data Hub’s mission is to create competitive advantage and value creation for P&G Grooming Business via data democratization and algorithms. We are looking for a self-motivated candidate to join our engineering team in Warsaw!
As a Power BI Developer in Grooming Data Hub, you will extend our Azure Databricks-based capabilities and focus on designing and implementing Power BI semantic models, optimizing their performance, and creating effective visualizations to elevate our data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize Power BI semantic models to facilitate effective reporting and visualization

Develop and enhance DAX measures to support complex calculations and data analysis

Create compelling and insightful visualizations to communicate data findings to stakeholders

Collaborate with Product Owner, Data Engineer & Data Asset Manager to understand data requirements, integrate with data sources, and ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency

Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Collaborate with IT and operations teams to resolve incidents and service requests related to your space
Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

2+ years of experience in Power BI development, both semantic models & visualizations

Strong experience in data modeling within Power BI and developing DAX measures

SQL knowledge for data extraction and transformation

Experience working with cloud services, especially Azure and Databricks

Critical thinking skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD practices is a plus

Understanding of SCRUM methodologies and agile development practices is a plus
