We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Power BI Finance and Business Analyst to join our corporate finance business analytics team.
Join a rapidly evolving organization migrating from distributed reporting in Microsoft Excel to advanced capabilities leveraging PowerBI, Power Query, Oracle Data Warehouse, Power Automate, and similar tools.
Our small team works with C-suite and VP-level leaders in a $3b organization, leading the identification, creation, automation, and enhancement of analytics that drive business change. Use your creative and technical skills to design and build PowerBI dashboards that will improve the daily work routines of hundreds of users.
This is a hybrid work schedule – 2 days on site in Herndon, VA.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
· Work with a team of functionally based PowerBI and data developers
· Build new reports and improve existing reports to provide insights and drive action
· Operation and enhancement of the ManTech’s “Finance Zone” resources
· Support daily updates to SharePoint and PowerBI sites
· Apply new technologies and practices to continuously improve the function
· Need to be customer focus
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Work independently
Basic Qualifications:
· US Citizenship is required
· 4 or more years’ experience creating data analytic visuals
· 1 or more years’ experience with Microsoft PowerBI and Power Query
· Analytical skills to process large amounts of information
· Skilled user of Microsoft Excel
· Working knowledge of accounting/finance
· Working knowledge of SQL
Desired Qualifications:
· Microsoft DA-100 or PL-300 certified.
· Process improvement experience.
· Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
· Experience working as a BI developer, or in data science, data engineering, reporting, analytics, or similar.
· Experience with Microsoft SharePoint or similar.
· Experience with VBA, PowerShell, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or similar.
The projected compensation range for this position is $84,000-$140,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
