Location: Remote in, CA: Toronto; US: Los Angeles, Chicago, or NYCReddit is looking for a senior insights expert to join our expanding Global Insights team. The Global Insights team is the central hub of knowledge for Reddit, responsible for making sense of all the first party and third party data available about the people and communities on the platform.

As such, the team plays a critical role in helping our sales and marketing teams articulate the value of Reddit to advertisers and the industry at large. This hire is a critical champion of the power of Reddit. Grounded in a service-first mindset with an excitement for Reddit’s mission, this person will be looked to as an industry-leading advisor and subject matter expert on how to accomplish business objectives using the full power of the Reddit platform.

We’re looking for a teammate who is excited not just by bespoke, people-delivered research but also by the opportunity to shape Reddit’s scaled, technology-delivered insights layer. This role will be grounded in a service-first mindset, but capable of designing the future. You will be looked to not just as a consultative insights expert, but as a trusted commercial advisor who can mitigate risk and accelerate sales cycles for our largest, most complex clients.

Simultaneously, you will shape Reddit’s scaled insights layer, transforming one-off projects into a governed, always-on research ecosystem. This role reports to our Sr.

Manager of Insights. Responsibilities:In partnership with Sales, produce and translate complex, mixed-methodology insights into compelling commercial justifications that help partners see around corners and commit to Reddit as a core advertising platform. Partner with our broader Marketing team to support thought leadership, white papers and cultural insights that drive awareness and consideration for Reddit among advertisers.

Own the execution of insights projects from start to finish, with an understanding of how to best leverage vendors, contractors, AI and scaled tools to deliver impact with urgencyDrive awareness for Reddit and the power of our community. Architect and govern foundational insights programs to ensure they are repeatable, high-speed, and scalable. Daily responsibilities will span across insights – including platform data analysis, 1st and 3rd party insights storytelling, leveraging primary research, and developing scalable insights tools for our internal and external use.

Qualifications:10+ years of experience in agency planning, brand strategy, cultural insights, trends, or consumer behavior. Proven experience leading high-stakes commercial negotiations or consulting for C-suite executives. Experience designing research frameworks for scale.

You don’t just answer questions; you build the systems and methodologies that allow teams to answer questions faster and better. Expertise in mixed-methodology research (qual/quant) and experience managing proprietary panels or complex research products. An influential storyteller who can zoom out to capture the big picture but zoom in to make those insights actionable and commercially viable.
