As a marketing Business analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing our tens of millions of data points and providing actionable insight for marketing managers and leadership. This insight will help us to create WOW experience for our customers. Marketing analytics creates meaningful insights, seeks answers to complex business questions, and enables effective marketing campaigns.

Position : Principle I, Business Analyst
What you’ll do :
- Collaborate and be a thought partner for marketing managers, CRM managers, marketing engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
- Create analytics and reports on growth marketing metrics to enable effective marketing campaigns.
- providing clear and actionable recommendations on CRM by analyzing user behavior data in the APP.
- Create data pipeline to ensure data availability and quality.
- Interpret and present your data story to marketing leadership.
- Co-build analytic culture as part of a growing data team.
Essential Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ working experience in SQL and data analytics.
- 2+ years working or research experience with pandas and machine learning packages in Python.
- Attention to the detail with ability to validate data, identify data flaw, and create analytical reports.
- Great ability to think critically and solve nonstructural problems.
- Ability to take work into your own hands with a sense of responsibility and exercise judgment to act in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills to share analysis results in clear and concise manners.
- Middle level English skills (both verbal and written).
Preferred Qualification
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, power BI, Looker, and data studio etc. Experience in retail / E-commerce industries.
- Experience in growth marketing and CRM function.
- Master’s degree in business analytics, data analytics, data science or equivalent experience.
- Experience in data ETL and data engineering.
- Strong English skills (both verbal and written).
