Team
The ServiceNow Data Platform powers enterprise solution experiences across our global cloud and hundreds of thousands of customer instances, delivering a scalable data foundation and automation services for the NOW Platform. Come join the Data Platform team and work with a world-class engineering team to provide rock-solid reliability and reimagine the data and orchestration framework for our rapidly growing platform and cloud infrastructure.
What you get to do in this role:
- Help shape product vision and drive investments in our data management experiences for internal and external audiences.
- Determine and drive roadmap priorities, establish and assess KPIs focused on data utilization and health.
- Work with multiple internal engineering teams to define and deliver new product capabilities based on target personas.
- Collaborate with key partners to drive adoption of new services.
- Facilitate end-to-end delivery of key initiatives to improve our data management infrastructure.
- This role includes regular external customer engagement opportunities as part of a high-impact, customer-centric environment with a highly collaborative team.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 8+ years of experience in product management focused on enterprise cloud solutions
- 3 plus years’ experience in a SaaS company and/or data platform technology space
- Strong experience in scoping and defining requirements for cloud solution architectures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a distributed global team
- Exposure to distributed computing and database technologies like Containers, Kubernetes, Postgres, S3, or similar open-source offerings will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g. CS, CSE, EE) or relevant work experience in development, solutions architecture, or pre-sales engineering
