As Principal Product Owner over AI, you’ll be the strategic owner of our AI product roadmap, responsible for turning pilot successes into enterprise-wide solutions that deliver measurable business impact. What You’ll DoStrategic Product LeadershipOwn the end-to-end AI product strategy and roadmap for HUB’s Claude AI deployment across 40+ business unitsDefine success metrics and ROI frameworks that demonstrate productivity gains and measurable business valuePartner with business unit leaders to align AI initiatives with strategic business objectivesManage strategic relationships with Ai vendors to maximize partnership value and early access to innovationsScale AI adoption across strategic users while maintaining quality and governanceChampion Network & Collaboration FrameworkRecruit, onboard, and support division AI champions who serve as grassroots innovation leadersDesign and facilitate monthly champion forums, working groups, and knowledge-sharing platformsBuild a self-sustaining champion community with peer mentoring and best practice exchangeCreate structured collaboration frameworks that enable divisions to learn from each other and solve common problemsDrive cross-functional coordination across divisions, ensuring consistent communication and shared learningEnterprise Rollup ProcessEstablish clear criteria and governance for promoting division solutions to enterprise-wide deploymentIdentify high-impact division solutions annually for enterprise scaling (underwriting, claims, customer service)Create repeatable processes for evaluating, standardizing, and deploying successful division pilots across HUBBuild enterprise solution portfolio with proven workflows scaled company-wideDrive faster scaling through standardized rollup vs.
