The Opportunity
At Adobe.com DX team, we are reinventing the B2B digital journey by building experiences that drive high value engagement, optimize sales progression, and help drive overall growth to DX business. To understand this journey, we collect large volumes of data across various sources to build customer segments, deeper engagement metrics, orchestrate personalized journeys and derive audience insights across every step of the buying cycle that lead to business results.
As the Sr. Web Analytics & Insights Manager, you will partner with regional leaders and cross functional teams to lead global RTB meetings and effectively manage performance reviews through insights and following through all aspects of action items, own management of Adobe Analytics and implementation of CJA. In addition, you will be responsible in working with Paid, SEO and PM teams to optimize customer journey of existing products and new site launches and ramp up journey analytics reporting that improve desktop and mobile engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a blended technical and digital funnel marketing background with a passion for storytelling tied to business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Lead RTB performance reviews for Americas and International, manage and own all aspects of insights, reporting and follow-through of action items
Synthesize data learnings into compelling stories and communicate results to leadership
Own Adobe Analytics governance and management of data to ensure data integrity
Guide implementation of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, including providing guidance on business requirements and own management CJA for DX Web
Bring structure to problems and decomposing them into scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact.
Guide instrumentation of scalable metrics to measure efficiency, effectiveness, impact, and value to the business (e.g., web engagement, journey analysis, SEO and campaign analysis etc.)
Collaborate with senior leaders to generate insights from strategy execution aligned to our business transformation goals and desired outcomes.
Collaborate with a highly matrixed organization with distributed data ownership that may involve multiple projects across teams and develop effective working relationships with collaborators and stakeholders
What You Need To Succeed
MBA or Advanced Education in Business Analytics or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
8+ years of experience in Digital Analytics in a B2B setting
5 years of experience in Adobe Analytics Workspace and web clickstream data is required; Adobe Analytics Technical Certification preferred
5+ years of experience in SQL
Solid understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Strong presentation skills, including confident presence over the phone and via conference tools. Leading meetings, workshops, and reviews in front of leadership and audiences both small and large.
Strong data and analytics skills — can tell a story with data and analytics.
Experience in hypothesis testing and A/B test analytics.
Experience with audience-based marketing. Customer Data Platform (CDP) experience a plus
Digital Marketing work experience in a leading technology company, digital agency, marketing department, or strategy consulting organization preferred
Experience in data science, artificial intelligence, and/or advanced data visualization preferred.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $112,700 — $236,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
