Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Catalogue Data Manager to join our team. This role is essential for supporting the digital transformation of our company by rationalizing and standardizing procurement catalogues and preparing data for migration to a new ERP. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, catalog management, and data governance. A high level of English proficiency (C1 minimum) is required.

  • Assess and clean test catalogue master data and product catalogue master data.
  • Prepare databases for migration.
  • Create and execute a data migration plan, addressing missing data in cooperation with the data manager and the Source-to-Pay lead.
  • Manage data quality during System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (migration, issue resolution, escalation).
  • Establish data governance practices, including categorization and data set maintenance.
  • Rationalize and standardize the procurement catalogue, reducing the number of references.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies, negotiating effectively with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical teams and other support functions.

Requirements

  • Procurement Specialist with strong IT proficiency or Procurement Data Analyst.
  • Strong background in catalog management and standardization.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and procurement strategy development.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (C1 minimum); French or German is a plus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Coupa and Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
