Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Become an Analytics Powerhouse: Conduct user research, analyze platform usage data with advanced techniques (go beyond basic tools), and identify opportunities to improve user adoption through data-driven insights.
  • Craft Compelling Visualizations: Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights using data visualization tools to inform product decisions and user education initiatives.
  • Embrace A/B Testing: Assist in creating and analyzing A/B tests to optimize platform features and user experience, leveraging data science methodologies to interpret results and guide product direction.
  • Prioritize with Data: Support product roadmap development by analyzing user data and business goals to prioritize initiatives that maximize platform adoption and impact.

What you’ll bring

  • Currently enrolled in an ICT-related program (e.g., Digital Design, Big Data) with a demonstrable interest in data science and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python libraries) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Ability to think critically and translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Passion for technology and a strong interest in the HR industry.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
  • Experience with user research methodologies (e.g., surveys, user interviews)
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies
  • Experience in creating short-form videos (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels) or other forms of web content (e.g., infographics, blog posts) demonstrating clear communication and the ability to engage an audience
