Partner Content Management – Develop and manage the process for receiving partner content. Organize provided materials into effective sales enablement tools and web copy for integration pages.

Project Coordination – Initiate the announcement and blog intake process. Facilitate seamless communication between internal stakeholders and partners for any necessary revisions.

Launch Execution – Coordinate announcements of new integrations across internal teams such as social media and other channels, ensuring high visibility and partner engagement.

Sales Enablement – Collaborate with the sales enablement team to create resources that effectively communicate the value of partner integrations to the sales force. Also, scale content to channel partners.

Growth Marketing Initiatives – Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through case studies by working with the customer advocacy team, webinars, and other demand generation content.

Program Marketing – Maintain and refresh program marketing content to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with current partnerships and program strategy.

Program Optimization – develop and operationalize the partner intake process to enable effective sales enablement, compelling website copy, and crisp promotional messaging.

0-2 years of B2B product marketing, partner marketing, or related field.

Proven ability to be self-reliant, proactive, flexible, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.

Strong public speaker, comfortable with large groups, c-level executives, customers, and partners.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, demand generation tactics, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with the technology industry with a focus on SaaS or similar fields. Cloud contact centers or AI integrations are a plus.

Familiarity with collaboration tools and project management software.
