As a business systems consultant on the Agency Compensation team, you’ll work with the business and IT as a product owner to create, update, or modify systems to support current and new compensation programs. In this role, you’ll maintain relationships with vendors and business partners, configure the compensation system based on requirements, coordinate post implementation testing, and create and maintain documentation. In addition, you’ll lead high complexity projects and risks. This is a remote position with occasional travel to Cleveland for meetings and/or training.

Must-have qualifications A minimum of eight years experience in business systems (e. g.

, systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements). {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of five years experience in business systems (e. g.

, systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements). Preferred skillsVaricent system knowledge. Familiar with SCRUM methodology and the Product Owner Role.

Experience working on medium to large IT projects. Proven ability to collaborate with Business SMEs from multiple platforms.

Proven ability to influence and advance projects and ideas forward. Experience with Organizational Change Management.
