Overview

We are looking for a motivated Production Engineering support for our Corporate Bank Trust & Agency Services (TAS) Technology platforms. This role requires an professional with a wide variety of strengths and capabilities across multiple technologies and disciplines. They are expected to continually drive automation in all day-to-day production support activities. What You’ll Do

  • Maintain a strong technical acumen focused on overall Systems Architecture and Engineering to deliver platforms that meet defined requirements from the Business/ Application delivery teams

  • Adhere to departmental policies and provide quality service for the Corporate Bank application platform infrastructure landscape

  • Readily manage multiple priorities and tasks in support of bank initiatives

  • Compliance with operational processes: daily operations, Change Management and Problem Management

  • Leverage and influence broader organization of SRE’s and technologists to build communities that contribute to solutions and implementation

  • Define our Corporate Bank Strategic roadmap for production operational tools and drive adoption (AI, ML, Automation, Monitoring and Observability)

Skills You’ll Need

  • Extensive overall Information Technology (IT) experience including client-facing experience in large IT corporate environments, specifically in the area of controlled production environments or in Financial Services Technology

  • SRE mindset with previous experience implementing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, and agile models

  • Experience of end-to-end Level 2 management and good overview of Production/Operations Management

  • Experience in the integration, deployment and testing of RFID devices

  • Experience with complex IT infrastructure (UNIX, Database, Middleware, networking fundamentals, firewalls, certificates, including Cloud and associated native tooling)

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Experience with managing relationships within all levels of organization including partner teams

  • Global Transaction Banking/ Corporate and Investment Banking experience

  • Ability to work in virtual teams across multiple countries, cultures and time zones

  • Strong communication and articulation skills

  • Bachelor’s degree

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Santa Ana office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in California is $100,000 to $142,250. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
