Job Description

As a Project Engineer for Healthcare Data Modelling, you will fill our data ecosystem with life and create solutions together with our cross-functional teams and customers. You will be part of a growing interdisciplinary team that creates a patient-privacy-centered ecosystem for data-driven healthcare and rethinks all aspects from data capture and visualization to analysis. You will play a central role in a variety of projects focused on understanding client needs, defining data collection protocols, and developing FHIR questionnaires. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and apply agile methodologies to drive project success.

In this position you will be

  • working directly with clients to identify and document specific project requirements
  • conducting workshops and meetings to understand and define the client’s needs and objectives
  • defining the protocol for data collection:
    • developing and implementing protocols to collect data effectively and efficiently
    • ensuring protocols meet relevant legal and regulatory requirements and are interoperable
  • developing FHIR questionnaires and integrating them into IT structures:
    • using specialized tools to create and customize questionnaires
    • developing concepts for the integration of questionnaires and data models into the client’s existing IT infrastructures
    • using healthcare terminologies: Use of FHIR, DICOM, SNOMED and LOINC to ensure interoperability and standardization of healthcare data (training and familiarization with these terminologies can be provided if required)

Qualifications

  • Completed training in the medical field or comparable qualification preferred (University degree is not necessarily required)
  • Ability to translate complex contexts and solutions into clear and concise visions and strategies
  • Analytical mindset and creativity to develop reliable solutions
  • A well-organized and clearly structured work style
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills in English, German is a plus
  • Knowledge in product & requirements management
