About this role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager with AI implementation experience. This role will partner with the Engagement Manager to lead implementations of Amelia’s conversational service with organizations across the country. You will be the go-to person for our internal engineering team and client technical team as you lead them through different phases of their implementation and ultimately to go-live, while setting them up for a successful long-term experience with our integration service. Managing these projects successfully will take a mix of people skills, project management, and technical expertise.

In A Typical Day You Will:

  • Interact with clients to understand integration need; works with the sales and solutions team to evaluate the account fit and readiness.
  • Analyze and document customer requirements and business workflows.
  • Manage resources both internally and from the client to meet deliverables created by you and agreed upon by client stakeholders.
  • Work closely with other stakeholder teams across business units (e.g., sales, finance, security, compliance) to ensure our approach aligns with key business processes and activities and that business leadership feels ownership of IT deliverables.
  • Align with the client on action plans that achieve success metrics and goals of the Amelia implementation.
  • Keep abreast of emerging processes, technologies, standards, and practices.
  • Maintain and grow knowledge of the current product line.

About you:

You are an analytical, detail-oriented individual with the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. While a large piece of the role is customer-facing, this team interacts with nearly every other division at Amelia and are looking for someone that is excited about continuing to improve our processes, our collaboration with others within Amelia and the other companies we work with, and the overall value that our customers get out of the comprehensive Amelia solution.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in SaaS role.
  • 2+ years technical project management experience.
  • AI Chatbot experience required.
  • SaaS experience required.
  • Contact/Call Center experience preferred.
  • Driven and results oriented.
  • Familiarity with software implementation processes, including Kanban and Scrum.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to learn new technology and new products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Microsoft Progressive Web Apps, including Microsoft Project, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint
  • PMP Certified
  • Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence.

Salary range: $90 – $120
