The Role

We have an exciting opportunity within our ICT Data & Development team for a driven Project Manager to lead a wide variety of challenging projects.

 

This role reports directly to the Head of Data and Development.
 

You will be part of a cross-functional team who are responsible for leading fast paced Data and Application (Power App / Power Automate) projects from inception to implementation across the business.

 

Your role will include end to end project management and facilitation – from the definition of project scope, planning, product selection, assembling the project team, managing the project schedule, budget, vendor(s), deliverables and implementation, whilst ensuring compliance.

 

You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party vendors with the ability to change context quickly. Therefore, we are looking for an excellent communicator, someone who can engage, listen, show empathy, and succinctly articulate themselves across various stakeholders in a large organisation. Your natural style will be one where you are invested in the greater good, happy to wear multiple hats and roll up your sleeves to help wherever required to achieve a successful outcome.

 

What you need to be successful

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Project Manager
  • A proven track record of successfully managing the delivery of both small and large scale projects
  • Strong business acumen, commercial acumen and negotiation skills, including experience managing RFI’s and RFP’s
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • AdaptiveWork, Clarizen, MS Project, Smartsheet experience (or equivalent)
  • Passion for business, IT and computerised systems
  • Experience with regulated industries (preferred)
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Tertiary qualification in a technical discipline (preferred).

 

You will also have a natural aptitude to cut through complexity and must be able to prioritise work, function autonomously and make decisions.  You can also manage ambiguity, be detailed focused, without losing sight of the big picture. Your genuine passion for putting the customer/business first along with your open and friendly personality is key.

 

In this role, you will get the opportunity to develop your career and get exposure to many parts of F&P from Supply Chain to Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, R&D and Engineering, Quality & Regulatory, Health & Safety to HR.
