Job DescriptionOverviewProject Manager Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)Department: TechnologyLocation: Downers Grove, IL (Onsite Monday–Thursday; Remote on Fridays)Travel: Required to clinics and medical facilities within the region (mileage reimbursed) Duly Health and Care is expanding its footprint across existing and new medical facilities. We are seeking a highly driven, technology-savvy Project Manager – Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to lead the full lifecycle of technology onboarding and integration for all M&A activities. This individual will own the planning, coordination, and execution of acquisition-related projects – ensuring that new facilities are fully prepared with the systems, equipment, applications, and workflows required for seamless operations on day one.

ResponsibilitiesM&A Project LeadershipServe as the primary project manager for all Duly M&A technology efforts, from initial scoping through go-live. Conduct deep-dive facility assessments to identify gaps, requirements, risks, and necessary integrations. Develop and manage full project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and delivery expectations.
Drive alignment across all participating teams—including Infrastructure, Applications, Networking, Security, Clinical Operations, Finance, and Facilities. Technology Assessment & IntegrationIdentify all applications, systems, and equipment required for operational readiness at new facilities.
Lead the documentation and execution of integration plans for telephony, network, clinical applications, end-user devices, remote access, and corporate systems. Ensure all equipment is staged, configured, deployed, and validated prior to go-live. Oversee build and configuration work to ensure technology standards and best practices are maintained.
Stakeholder Engagement & CommunicationAct as the primary point of contact for M&A technology initiatives, ensuring clear communication across departments and leadership. Facilitate cross-functional meetings to review progress, identify roadblocks, and ensure accountability. Provide regular status reports, risk logs, and go-live readiness assessments to senior leadership.
Operational Readiness & Go-Live SupportCoordinate onsite technology activities including installation, testing, cutover, and support. Drive go-live readiness across all workstreams to ensure operational continuity for providers and patients.
Lead post-go-live hypercare to ensure all issues are resolved promptly and transitions to steady-state operations occur seamlessly. Qualifications5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in healthcare, multi-site environments, or M&A. Strong technical understanding of infrastructure, telephony, networking, end-user computing, and enterprise applications.
Ability to conduct structured facility assessments and translate findings into actionable project plans. Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes, own deliverables, and work autonomously. Proven success managing complex, cross-functional technology projects with aggressive timelines.
Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and escalation management capabilities. Valid driver’s license; ability and willingness to travel to clinics and facilities.
The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $85,6175 – $128,4223 with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
