Job DescriptionThe Enterprise Project/Program Management Analyst III is accountable for leading multiple aspects of low complexity projects or programs under the mentorship of a more senior project/program manager.

The projects or programs the employee manages have a low level of risk, organizational span, business complexity, team size, and interdependencies. Key Responsibilities• Provides direction and oversight throughout project lifecycle to meet business requirements• Drives achievement of project or program success factors• Achieves desired business results by thoroughly understanding business objectives• Plans and implements two or more aspects of projects or programs• Acts as an internal advocate for the project• Proactively identifies, resolves, and escalates (as needed) projects or program risks/issues• Assesses and reports health of all projects or programs objectively, providing project transparency and accurate status updates• Engages appropriate stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation• Coordinates, documents, and communicates project plans and requirementsExperience• 0-2 years experience (Preferred)Supervisory Responsibilities• This job does not have supervisory duties. Education & Experience (in lieu)• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. CompensationBase compensation offered for this role is $48,000 -$69,920 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
