Reports to: Vice President of Clinical, Diagnostics & Lab Medicine
Grade: B0:07
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: $35.33 – $44.16 per hour
Shifts: Days, Monday – Friday
Status: Permanent Full Time

As a valued member of TeamJDMI, you will play a key role in supporting our VP, Director of Strategy, Finance Lead, and other members with various project coordination and administrative functions. This is an ideal role for someone looking to begin their journey as a project coordinator within the healthcare space!
Duties
- Coordinate and maintain electronic calendar/schedule for various management within TeamJDMI
- Monitor the progress and quality of work associated with project outcomes
- Monitor and analyze departmental initiatives and event budgets
- Perform quality management tasks such as formatting reports for management, while handling confidential information affecting department and resources
- Utilize advanced functions in MS Office Suite to facilitate the production of complex documents/materials
- Collaborate with various stakeholder such as Digital, member and partner hospitals, and vendors regarding initiatives and new project activities
- Develop, organize and maintain electronic and paper information filing/retrieval methods, systems, or formats
- Perform administrative support functions required within TeamJDMI
Qualifications
- Completion of Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Health Administration, Business Administration, or recognized equivalent
- Two years related experience providing secretarial/administrative/project coordination support to leadership
- Experience in a Microsoft Office environment including: word-processing, database, and spreadsheet software experience
- Experience and/or genuine interest in working in a health care environment, an asset
- Ability to work independently when needed
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Very strong ability to prioritize workload
- Strong problem-solving skills
