We are currently seeking a PSI Data Analyst who will be responsible As a PSI (Production, Sales and Inventory) Data Analyst, you will be responsible for generating accurate and insightful reports to support the PSI process within the organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and patterns, and create actionable dashboards and insights related to sales, inventory, production, and customer demand.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, production, inventory, and customer service levels. Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting areas of concern and potential improvement opportunities. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities and enhance overall efficiency.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation to streamline PSI activities and improve overall efficiency. Actively contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures.

The required qualifications for the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical analysis software, with strong analytical skills to derive insights from complex datasets.

  • Expertise in data visualization techniques and tools, with the ability to create clear and visually compelling reports and dashboards. Strong knowledge of Excel and Power BI.

  • Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing PSI requirements and implement process enhancements.
