Python Developer

The Python Developer role is crucial to our organization as it involves developing and implementing machine learning algorithms using Python, contributing to the development of data analysis tools, and solving complex problems in the field of machine learning. The role plays a key part in driving innovation and enabling data-driven decision-making through the implementation of cutting-edge machine learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms using Python.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems.

• Contribute to the development of data analysis tools and frameworks.

• Optimize and maintain existing machine learning infrastructure and codebase.

• Research and implement new machine learning technologies and methodologies.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.

• Prototype new ideas and solutions quickly.

• Contribute to the technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of machine learning and Python development.

• Participate in the continuous improvement of software development processes and practices.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.

• Conduct thorough testing and validation of machine learning models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

• Proven experience of atleast 4-5 years in Python development, particularly in the implementation of machine learning algorithms.

• Demonstrated expertise in machine learning, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

• Experience with data analysis libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy.

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.

• Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git.

• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good understanding of statistical concepts and their application in machine learning.

• Experience in working with large datasets and distributed computing.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Proactive attitude and a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.

• Experience with cloud platforms and services is a plus.
