About the Opportunity:

Gear Inc. is seeking skilled Thai-speaking Python engineers to support the development and training of cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) models. This position is flexible in both hours and work arrangement, offering remote opportunities for candidates passionate about coding and AI innovation.

Responsibility:

  • Design and answer Python-based technical questions to train GenAI models.

  • Review and rank AI-generated Python code, focusing on accuracy, readability, and performance.

  • Collaborate with the training team to improve AI understanding of core programming principles.

Desired Expertise:

  • Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field from a selective institution.

  • Strong proficiency in Python, with a deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and best coding practices.

  • Native-level fluency in Thai, and the ability to communicate in English.

  • Ability to explain complex Python concepts clearly and concisely.

  • High attention to detail, including grammar, logic, and adherence to code style guidelines.

Nice to Have:

  • Working knowledge of JavaScript.
