As a Data-oriented company, we – the Data Group, are at the center of every large project and serve as a critical component in most development processes.
Nowadays we are in the middle of a big technological transformation from Legacy on-Prem systems to a modern Cloud-based solution running with modern Technologies like Airflow, DBT, and Snowflake.
About the role and responsibilities:
- Run testing and approve all ETL processes & DB scripts.
- Building testing scripts/simulations according to design documents.
- Building feature files for automation tests on the new Data platform.
- Troubleshooting and identifying the root cause of identified issues.
- Be part of the Data engineers team working in Agile methodology.
- Working with various stakeholders and applications across the company.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with large-scale DWH environments (Azure, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift…).
- 2 years experience in writing SQL queries & scripts.
- 2 years experience in ETL/ELT testing – data quality tests, testing scripts, STD documents, reading and analyzing product & dev documents.
- Fluent English skills
Advantage if you have:
- Experience working with SSIS.
- Experience in Python.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science / IS Engineering / Related field
