WHO
we’re looking for:

We are
looking for a Refurbish Market Analytics Manager who will be responsible for working to synthesize insights through data analysis to enable data driven decisions that help grow organization residual value. You will work with existing tools and processes and will need to implement new strategies to monitor and predict organization residual value in the secondary market.  You will oversee the current reporting and analytics requirements to support the business.

You should be a strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented individual who has the capacity to lead a team along with inter-team collaboration skills. You must be able to apply a wide range of knowledge, technical skills, and abilities to design and recommend strategic initiatives that drive sellout and market share.

Role
and Responsibilities:

  • Provide critical analytical support for business decision-making involving cross-departmental and multi-functional areas.
  • Manage the Data Strategy, Performance Analytics, and Data Science that focuses on Driving sellouts, incremental revenue, and strategy development through data analysis, data exploration, collaboration, ideation, target implementation, performance tracking, predictive analytics, opportunity identification.
  • Develop channel-centric and geography-based sales performance trackers to support development of targets, demand generation campaigns, and guide marketing investments.
  • Apply expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis to synthesize trends into actionable insights and recommendations and articulate the story behind the numbers.
  • Conduct Industry analysis: Analyze trends, patterns, early warnings, and forecasts. Utilize syndicated and other sources for periodical assessment.
  • Support the Leadership in establishing and maintaining regular automated reporting that analyzes data from multiple sources that provide insights into the performance of the Mobile business in the secondary market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in developing and maintaining predictive forecasting models.
  • Prepare presentations and updates to leadership and headquarters.

Required Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar field of study or 6+ years of work experience in Retail performance analytics, Data analytics, Sales Analytics or Strategic Planning.

Necessary Skills and Attributes:

  • Self-motivated
    individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or
    independent environment.

  • Detail-oriented with strong
    organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a
    fast-paced environment.
  • Limited supervision
    and the exercise of discretion.
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point skills; intermediate skills with Tableau, R and Python, SQL.
  • Ability to source, combine and synthesize large amounts of data from various sources to complete statistical modeling, A/B testing, cluster analysis, sample size calculations and tests of significance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience building and delivering presentations. Collaboration within Retail teams is a priority for this role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand root cause & effect
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple complex assignments and projects. Read and interpret detailed and complex customer requirements.

periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing
high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and
moderate hand/finger dexterity.

Performs
work under time schedules and stress which are normally
periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines,
intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project
management deadlines. May require working additional time
beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
