ABOUT THE COMPANY

They are a telemedicine clinic for men, helping them be healthier and live longer. Located in Canada, they are growing very quickly!

Backed by YCombinator and other top healthcare & consumer investors, they’ve grown >100x since Sept 2022 (currently growing >30% MoM) and are strongly cashflow positive.

They will have served 1 million clients by the end of 2026, and 10 million clients by the end of 2028.

Their mission is to solve male obesity worldwide, by accelerating the take-up of GLP-1s in middle-aged men. From this, they’ll become the world’s leading men’s health brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess and enhance reporting infrastructure: Audit current data processes, develop a strategy with clear KPIs, and build a robust framework to ensure accurate, timely data and standardized reporting for all teams.

• Support operations team: Understand their data needs, create custom reports and dashboards, and provide ongoing support for data-driven decision-making to improve processes and outcomes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams – Partner with other teams, such as growth and product, to provide data analysis and reporting support.

• Enhance data infrastructure: Regularly improve data systems for better accuracy and reliability.

• Develop self-service reporting: Create resources for teams to access and analyze data independently.

• Implement advanced analytics: Use machine learning for deeper insights and predictive decisions.

• Foster data-driven culture: Promote data-driven decision-making with training and regular data reviews.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting roles.

• Proficient in:

  • SQL

  • Python

  • Big data

  • Data warehouses

  • BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI.

• Problem-solving mindset

NICE-TO-HAVE

• Healthcare industry experience

• Machine learning and advanced analytics

• Performance marketing analytics (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other programmatic advertising tools)

  • Familiarity with marketing metrics, such as CPM, CPC, CTR, and ROAS

• Data visualization expertise

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $18.5k-$25k/yr total compensation (salary + equity)
