Why we need you: 
Data is the backbone of our product. As a Research Analyst at Findem, you will be responsible for ensuring Findem’s 3D data is accurate and comprehensive data on companies and job candidates, by researching, verifying, and improving the data. We’re looking for a self-motivated, driven individual with a growth mindset, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

What you will do:

  • Understand the Findem platform, and how data supports our products
  • Perform primary market data research on companies and candidates, using publicly available data sources and our proprietary data platform
  • Maintain data accuracy, completeness and freshness above required standards in Findem platform
  • Contribute to additional data research activities as appropriate
  • Validate data from vendors to match internal standards

Who you are:

  • 1+ years of experience in an office setting, preferably in market research or similar field
  • Intermediate spreadsheet skills (MS Excel or Google Sheets; formula experience a plus)
  • Able to perform high volumes of data verification with extreme attention to detail
  • Know when to make judgment calls or proactively ask for help without losing momentum
  • Able to operate independently and make good decisions in ambiguous situations
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual with a positive attitude
  • Organized with good business acumen and understanding of what to prioritize
  • Curiosity to learn about the product, the industry, and our customers’ businesses
  • This role is for work in Night Shift- 5:30 pm to 2:30 am on-site at our HSR, Bangalore office

The role is full-time and comes with full benefits. We are globally headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area with our India headquarters in Bengaluru.
