The Opportunity

Adobe’s newly formed Treasury Process Optimization and Governance team is looking for a highly experienced Robotics Process Automation Developer who has experience in partnering with financial services professionals to build innovative solutions using emerging technologies to drive data insights and operating efficiencies in areas like investments, foreign exchange, treasury operations, etc.

This role will design, build, and deploy technical solutions across our Treasury organization. The ideal candidate will have a working understanding of basic financial markets terminology to be able to engage Treasury staff on a non-technical level, translating guidance into solutions.

What you’ll Do

  • Work with Treasury team to engineer tools and automations that improve workflows, efficiencies, and data insights.
  • Ensure customer success through quality in Development, Project Management, and Solution Delivery.
  • Design, build, test, deploy solutions, and to provide system maintenance and support.
  • Identify areas for technology improvements by using knowledge of new and emerging technologies and coding techniques applied in a Treasury environment Create project plans and deliver on commitments.
  • Influence partners and coach others to adopt new processes, inspiring change across the organization.
  • Partner with key customers to develop comprehensive portfolio management and performance improvement systems.
  • Proactively identify risks in all assigned areas; work with teams and management to mitigate these risks before they become issues.
  • Be focused on prioritization; have clear line of sight on the “must dos.”

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or 6+ years of experience in software engineering (emphasis in RPA)
  • Required technical experience:
    • Design and create automation solutions (RPA) using UiPath or other similar tools.
    • Ability to convert business requirements to code using Python (preferred programming language)
    • Develop high-performance, reliable, testable, well documented, and maintainable code using best practices and industry standards.
    • Excel (intermediate+)
    • Jira
  • Preferred technical experience:
    • Knowledge of SQL, VBA, ETLs, LLMs
    • S4Hana experience is highly desirable.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps to oversee/build end-user visuals in PowerBI.
    • Experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
  • Confident ability to lead, collaborate, triage, and make decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Passion for problem solving and ability to think through problems creatively and systematically, to prioritize them, and to identify and evaluate alternative solutions.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Working industry knowledge of Corporate Treasury functions (FX, Treasury Ops, Credit, etc.) is a big plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $88,600 — $206,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
