Job Description:

RPA System Admin & Developer Lead with an overall 6-8 years of industry exposure and 2-4 years of experience in Technology /Architecture with hands-on experience of UI path RPA tool

Title: RPA Administrator (UiPath)

Mandatory Skills:

  • Guide the installation, configuration and network setup, version management, upgrades, control and monitoring panels.
  • Anticipate and resolve technical issues and risks affecting implementation
  • Partner with Technology Information Security and Risk teams to design solutions that adhere to security policies for Automation use cases
  • Actively involved in day-to-day system development and maintenance activities for RPA deployment
  • Ability to review Bots designed by others, code review and recommend best practices, build development/ deployment and support guidelines as needed.
  • Experience with OCR Tools like ABBYY
  • Strong programming and OOP basics
  • Strong knowledge of .NET (C#) and .NET framework application development
  • Knowledge of a scripting language (JS/ VBS/ JavaScript)
  • Validated experience with programming (preferable in Java / .NET (C#, VB, etc.)/ VBA / HTML/ SQL)
  • Familiarity with source control systems (Git/Stash/Perforce) and associated best practices
  • Ability to work closely with different infrastructure items and thorough understanding of different moving parts.
  • Experience (at least 3 years) as a Developer in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. Key skills – SAP process automations, Excel based automations, Python integrations
  • Experience with customer interaction, requirements gathering, gap analysis and software development lifecycle is a must.
  • Facilitate application design sessions, develops general and detailed design specifications for moderate to complex systems.
  • Ablity to interact with all levels of the team including business customers, DBA, software developers, design specialists, application developers and management
  • Experience working on automation of browser based/ REST API applications and databases.
  • Exposure to SAP based technologies would be an added advantage
  • Hands-on approach essential

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience/knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive and Data Science
  • Integration of RPA tools with application development languages
  • Ability to identify a game plan for managing and running RPA platform smoothly.
  • Knowledge of business domain compliances

Minimum Qualifications

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, computer information systems, MCA or related field.
  • Six to eight years of industry experience, with at least 2-4 years in RPA bot development and administration activities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with business, peers and executive leadership
  • Previous experience in systems support activities, i.e. business to IT liaison
  • Previous experience in defining system requirement and defining test scenarios
  • Demonstrated high learning agility and strong analytical skills
