RPA Developer and Data Analyst
Job Description
Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software robots (bots) that work alongside humans to enhance business process efficiency together with gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights that inform business decisions.
Requirements
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
RPA Developer
• Engage with business owner, local BPA, process owners and regional team to identify, prioritize and deliver automation of business processes.
• Perform a variety of project related roles ranging from process analysis and coordination of end-to-end project delivery and rollout of various RPA automation processes.
• Create and/or maintain documentation related to RPA projects, process mapping, selection matrix, configuration, test plan and go-live release notes.
• Contributing and innovating ideas to identify the necessity of RPA functionality for daily operations together with supporting the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.
• Designing, developing, and testing automation workflows through various tools, (Power Automate, UI Path, etc.)
Data Analyst
• Analyze data using vast range of statistical techniques by utilizing (whichever applicable):
• SQL: Proficiency in querying databases using Structured Query Language (SQL).
• Java: Knowledge of Java programming.
• C++: Familiarity with C++ for data manipulation.
• VBA: Understanding of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for automation and data processing.
• Engaging with cross-functional teams to address business challenges.
Specific Activities
• Execute responsibly any tasks required from reporting manager.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Technical
• Strong ability to use IT resources for business applications (UI Path, Power Automate Microsoft together with VBA and SQL capabilities)
• Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Language
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
