Advance skills in MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Macro
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Ensure accuracy in demand planning and align with Trade marketing team, support stock allocation plan when supply issue.
- Prepare sale report and analysis to provide to management and sales team on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis in a timely and accurate manner
- Plan and settlement trade spend and commission to agent to Distributors, also monitoring within budget.
- Maintain master data : for New DT, New Salesman, New area, New product
- Coordinate with core system team when got an issues : work with Accenture and Verismart to support sales team
- Train and coach users for understand system : Distributor (Admin, Salesman), Sales team (AE, AM, RM), cross function team (CCD, Mkt, Management team)
- Initiate better auto dashboards or reports to ease stakeholders’ access to insights, improve plans & activity implementation.
- Engage with other parties turn out projects, tasks, data, market intelligence into strong insights or platforms for the sales team/management
- Initiate new solutions that accelerate the production of business analytics for extended insights to line mgrs.
ARE YOU A FIT ?
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- At least 5 years of work experience in related roles
- Possesses business acumen with strong analytical skills and knowledge of tools used in analysis (Advance excel, Power Query, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Macro)
- Have Document management system (DMS) program experience
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Highly organized and have the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple responsibilities
- Good communication skills in Thai and English
