You will also manage day-to-day operations of the platform, including admin, sales support, and other needs.
This person will assist with high-priority projects and help drive them from analysis to execution. A successful candidate will be a skilled problem solver, effective communicator, and influencer. The Junior Salesforce Administrator will partner with business leaders to drive strategic analyses, optimize system performance, and deliver best-in-class execution.
YOUR DAY TO DAY Create and manage standard and custom objects, fields, formulas, and page layouts Manage users, roles and hierarchies, and security settings Develop and maintain approvals, validation rules, workflow rules, flows, and processes Complete bulk imports and exports of data Document project requirements Manage and maintain third-party apps Maintain data integrity through data cleansing and deduplication Support day-to-day operations WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM 1-2 years of Salesforce. com administration experience and/or Salesforce certification Experience using third-party tools such as Clari, Marketo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort with data and metrics Understanding of relational database concepts and data management Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication and people skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 4-year college degree or combination of education and experience CPQ experience strongly preferred WAGE TRANSPARENCY In many U.

The U. S. pay range for this full-time position is listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for a robust benefits package that includes the following: Employees are eligible to receive an annual bonus and stock options.
