Security Consultant, Generative AI Innovation Center
Job Description
- 3+ years of machine learning/statistical modeling data analysis tools and techniques, and parameters that affect their performance experience
- 3+ years of data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python) or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R, SAS, Matlab, etc.) experience
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, or related technical, math, or scientific field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with statistical measures such as confidence intervals, significance of error measurements, development and/or evaluation data sets, etc.
- 5 years’ experience in IT security, compliance, or risk management

As a member of the AWS Generative AI Innovation Center, you will have the opportunity to pioneer technically excellent security framework supporting generative AI customer engagements as well as championing security solutions address critical needs of generative AI such as Responsible AI initiatives that are meaningful to their business. Building on those experiences you’ll collaborate AWS service teams on new features, innovate with new technologies and explore new challenges.
Key job responsibilities
- Build & deploy security infrastructure and automate security operations for customers
- Collaborate on internal builder projects
- Become a deep technical resource that earns our customers trust on security and responsible AI
- Develop high-quality technical content such as automation tools, reference architectures, and white papers to help our consultants, partners, and customers build on the work you deliver.
- Innovate on behalf of customers; translate your thoughts into action yielding measurable results.
- This is a customer facing role. You will be required to travel to client locations and deliver professional services when needed.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $105,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $204,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
